    Induction program 2016

    The Department of Core Engineering and Engineering Sciences organized Induction and orientation program for first year students on 8th August 2016.
    The function was graced by the management Prof. (Dr.) Vishwanath Karad, Founder and Executive President, MAEER’s MIT group of Institutions, Prof. Sharadchandra Darade Patil, Prof. Sanjay Upadhyay, Prof Sunita Karad. All the dignitaries addressed the students.The chief guest for the function was Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, Global head, Talent Acquisition, WIPRO Ltd.   Prof. (Dr.) Ramachandra. V. Pujeri gave an introductory speech and welcomed the first year students.

  • Result


    Congratulations to all the First year Engineering students who are promoted to second year. Overall result of FE (Academic Year 2015-16) is 90.3%. 681 students appeared for examination. Out of that 303 students passed with distinction. The top three students with highest SGPA are Mr. Shubham S.Matale with 9.9Mr. Swaraj S.Pawar with 9.88 and Mr. Kshitij S.Nirgude with 9.86.

  • Research


    Research and development (R&D) refers to two intertwined processes of research (to identify new knowledge and ideas) and development (turning the ideas into tangible products or processes).Department of Core Engineering and Engineering Sciences aims to do research and development in the fields related to Engineering science and applications. Faculty members actively contribute in organizing/attending/ publishing research papers in International/ national level journals/conferences. Efforts are made to foster the research culture among first year Engineering students. Science day is celebrated every year. An exclusive poster competition for our FE students was organized as a part of the National conference “NCNSAE-2015” on 3-4 December 2015.
